I have sepnt over $3,500 in a calendar year and online it says I am an Elite Plus member, but I do not have any access to the dedicated Elite Member 24/7 Customer Service Line. I read that the number is on my membership card, but I never received one. How do I go about getting this card and is there any way to access the Elite Member 24/7 Customer Service Line without the card?Thanks.

Welcome to the Best Buy forum!
Congratulations on reaching Elite Plus status. With that upgrade, you do have access to a dedicated My Best Buy™ phone line. We stopped sending out physical membership cards a few years ago and do not have the phone number displayed anywhere on BestBuy.com in the hopes of preventing a lot of misdirected calls. As you may read in this ongoing thread, I can provide you with the phone number if you send me a private message with your information. A private message can be sent by first logging into the forum and then clicking on the blue button in my signature.

I have tried to reach Elite status for years and always seem to fall short. Just have to keep trying I guess. This may surprise you but there isn't anything that needs to be resolved. I would ask that you take a moment or two to read over some of our responses in this thread. While the dedicated phone number is available 24/7, we do not have live agents answering calls 24/7. You would want to call between 7 AM and 11 PM central time if you want to talk to an agent. Otherwise, there are self-serve options available that can help answer those common program related questions, including:
* Points Balance
* Reward History (Last 5+ transactions)
* Certificate Status
* Attach Missing Points
* Points needed to next certificate
* Spend needed to reach next tier level
Please also keep in mind that the dedicated line is intended for My Best Buy™ program related questions. If you call in with questions about a price match or status of an order, then there is a good chance your call will be transferred to another department. That is where 1-888-BESTBUY would be the better option. You could also create a thread on the forum or send me a private message, by clicking on the blue button in my signature, if you have any questions about your My Best Buy™ account. I am always happy to help.

I was just curious if there is a dedicated support number for elite or elite plus members? I'd really appreciate help with placing an order, but the current hold time is 30 minutes. I am an elite plus member.

For those looking, you can find it by logging into bestbuy.com, click where it says "Hello, YOURNAMEHERE", then right below the amount of rewards you have click "Manage rewards". At the bottom of that page you should see the dedicated support number.
