One of the benefits of having Elite or Elite Plus status is the access to a dedicated phone line for any rewards related questions. You should be able to find the dedicated phone number by logging into your rewards account and clicking on Manage your rewards under your name. I can provide you with the phone number if you are unable to find it after logging into your rewards account but would need you to please send a private message with the details listed below.
