Elite Plus Membership free 2-shipping is false advertisement

Back Story:
Preordered the newly released original Batman movies in 4K Blu-ray back in May 9th.

Going forward in time to June 6th I get an email stating a delay in shipping. But what really happened is BB decided they were going to save money and contract out UPS to hand over packages to the USPS called Sure Post. As several people have posted in this forum it takes almost 2 weeks for something to be delivered that way. For Alaskans that is a nightmare. The USPS in my particular neighborhood is really really bad.

Called and talk to a online rep today and got nowhere with him and all he could say is you just have to wait until your package is delivered. I was not okay with that so he transferred me to a Supervisor. Again got nowhere with him as well. Said the same exact thing the previous rep did. So I called UPS and asked why my package was handed off to the USPS and a nice young lady there explained they have a contract with BB to do for any package being sent to Alaska.

Here’s my big problem with the whole thing. This has happened to me before and a supervised said it wouldn’t happen again. Spending over 3K a year I’d expect a little more compensation that stating a fact of free 2-day shipping with Elite Plus Membership and not getting anywhere near that delivery time and reps not being able to do anything about it, especially a Supervisor. I look forward to talking to someone about this. Thank you.
