I've been an Elite member since the beginning of October last year and just noticed in the Rewards History that I'm still only getting 0.5 points per $1 spent. For each month after October 2018, my Purchases points appear to be calculated as Purchases/2 instead of just Purchases. I figured the Elite 1 point per $1 spent would've kicked in automatically as soon as I qualified, but it turns out that has not been the case. Is there anyway you all can take a look at this and correct the points that I should have earned the past few months?
Please let me know if there's any additional information I can provide. Thank you!

Please ignore these posts and delete them if you can. I for some reason was under the impression that the 1 point per $1 spent applied to non-Best Buy purchases as well. My points do indeed appear to be correct. Sorry for the inconvience
