First I will start off with the good. I recently purchased an oven and washer/dryer combo for my new to me home and the sales person was awesome in the store. We also bought a dishwasher and fridge under someone elses Best Buy account. I was excited.
Best Buy had the dryer pedestal on back order, but they had everything else including the second washer under the main washer, so they came ahead and installed everything. The install team was awesome, but they somehow didnt indicate that I had gotten the sidekick washer. Since the system doesnt show me as having gotten it.....Best Buy is shipping me a second one in a delivery order with the extra pedestal. I tried to chat and call, the chat person knew nothing and wait to talk to a human was over an hour. When she finally called back she told me to refuse the extra side kick washer and to take the pedestal that has been on back order for almost two months now.
This perplexed me but oh well.
The second issue,
I knew the dishwasher coming was going to be awesome so I actually bought one for my mom and had delivery set up for her under a different order. The delivery was yesterday and doesnt show as "delivered" in the best buy system. I have no points back, just spent almost a half hour with your text team and that solved nothing. All someone has to do is show the dishwasher as "delivered" in your system. Everything else on the order, the pickup and haul away, the hoses all show delivered and the points for them were awarded. No one wanted to listen though so I am left thinking.....Best Buy's delivery doesnt quite make the mark does it?
I have been Elite plus for a long time and will be again next year. It might be my last year. I realize my problem pales in comparison to others seen on this forum but I am left with a profound feeling of disappointment. Best Buy used to be better than this I think.

Just to update once the Best buy folks showed the items as delivered instead out out for delivery for days, everything went through properly - thank you - I appreciate it.

Kyle is currently out of the office but I am glad to hear that the purchase finally emerged within your rewards account. Points for an eligible purchase won't generally emerge as pending until after a purchase has been fulfilled, so not until after a delivery has been performed. Any points now pending in your rewards account should post within about 20 days. It looks like Fey is currently assisting you via private message, so feel free to reply to that private message if you have any additional questions.
