Just to keep it short here publicly , about 3 weeks ago i called and asked for CS to combine my 3 !! listed accounts. One account must have been the primary account because that had close to 66000 points.
After they got done i was missing these 66000 points !!
I thought it was safe to bank and was saving the points for a very expensive Entertainment set that i had been wanting...
CS wiped that dream right away and I have lost faith in BB !
After trying to get something done from the CS by email without any type of real resolution I started asking for the address of the Coroporate Office so that i can write to them and let them know how the Elite Plus Members were being treated !
They must have decided not to answer anymore as communication has stopped for about a week , still without my points or any explanation as to what happend to them.
The points that were given are still listed on my account and any idiot with at least a half brain could see that i have not redeemed anything since 2017 which is also shown on the account .
Anyway i would like to have the Coorporate Office address so i can send my letter and about 30 pages of proof of points issued .

That is a significant amount of points to seemingly just go missing following a merge, which is a pretty routine process when it comes to the My Best Buy™ program. Any active points or certificates in a secondary rewards account should transfer over to the primary rewards within about 24 hours account following a merge. The only reason I could think of as to why active points would not transfer is if for some reason the rewards account had to be cancelled for the merge to be processed; however, if that happened to be the case, then we could have looked into manually transferring those points after the fact.
I would like to take a closer look at your rewards account to see if we can figure out what may have happened, but will need to gather some additional information from you first. I would ask that you also include any alternative phone numbers or email addresses that you may have used over the years just in-case there are other active rewards accounts that still might be out there.
