worst experience at best buy

bought and LG refrigerator and they attempted 4 times to deliver it and they couldn't deliver it due to the company making mistakes. I've been without a refrigerator for almost two weeks now. I cant believe how hard it is for best buy to take my money and not give me what I paid for.... really dissatisfied..

Yikes!  Being without a fridge for that long is definitely not the customer service we want any of our customer's to endure and I could certainly understand why you registered with the community to bring this to our attention!
