I bought washer & dryer from Bestbuy and had bestbuy installed for me. I guess they just insert the water hose into the tube without any tightening. The water hose dropped, and the water was all over my bedrooms and hallway. I called the Bestbuy customer service and they said to call Sedgwick at 855-832-1338. I've called them several times, left a voicemail, an email, but i didn't receive any feedback. What should i do? thank you.

Welcome to our community, although I'm sad it's under these circumstances.
