they cancelled my installation that has been scheduled

I am furious with y'alls service. i Purchased a car sterio and purchased the installation. The install was scheduled a week out . Now 2 hrs before my install you call and tell me you have put someone else in my slot and reschedule me for another week away. Thats 2 weeks. UNEXCEPTABLE!!!!!!

Welcome to our community. Like you, I have the not unreasonable expectation that appointments and promises made will be kept. Certainly what you've described isn't within our goals to provide a superior customer experience and I regret any inconvenience to you.

 

At what store location did this occur? Were you able to speak to a manager regarding this situation?

The Owasso ok. store. i spoke with a manager and he called another store about 25 miles away. They were able to get to me today. Great. Im happy until i get there. About 20 minutes after i dropped off my truck the installer calls and said the employee at Owasso order the wrong dash plate. they had to order a new one. ANOTHER TWO WEEKS... the part wont be in until the 27th. This is Horrible.

Our Geek Squad Autotechs should be calling in advance to make sure all the appropriate parts have been ordered and also to confirm your appointments.  I'm not entirely sure why the first store didn't call you to make sure aboutthis, but I am grateful to hear that you have the correct dash kit finally ordered. 

Although we cannot change the past and what you've endured, I do hope that your next installation appointment goes off without a hitch so that you can enjoy your new technology for your car!

While it's great to hear the Owasso, OK store was able to connect you with another store for a more timely installation, it sounds like things still went awry as the appropriate parts weren't ordered. I know this has been a far from ideal experience with the time consuming hiccups you've experienced, so I would like to ensure we have this appropriately documented here on our end as our team operates out of the Corporate Office.
