so unhappy!

We are so unhappy with Best Buy. We had an order that was scheduled for delivery yesterday. Half the order comes and the other doesn’t. The driver said it wasn’t on his list to bring it. We call BB, and no one can locate it or tell us when it will be delivered, after waiting at the house all day and on the phone for hours. We call again today, and sit on the phone for hours, again, and are told we have to pick out a new product. Why we were never alerted or notified that our product was no longer in stock is ridiculous. We took hours out of our days waiting and on the phone. When we complain we were told we can’t get anything for this mistake now. We are building a house and we’re going to come to Best Buy to pick out new tvs and products because we were so happy at time of purchase but not anymore. Not even the hookups for our kitchen appliances came. We were told we never ordered them.VERY unhappy costumer and I will let everyone know about our experience.
