horrible customer service!!!!

I have been trying to get Best Buy, Sedgewick insurance and CTSI co. to refund me for the ripped floor that CTSi rude, careless delivery men ripped while installing my stackable washer dryer on july 14th 2018. all I am getting from the store, the insurance and the 3rd party delivery people is the run around. Insurance person Ashley wont call my back or answer emails, Daniel {removed per forum guidelines} at CTSI is not calling me back even tho the one time I caught him in the car on the phone, with the promise he will call me back within the hour, Liar! so here I sit having already paid 1255.26 out to the floor guy to repair my floor that was a hazard to my toddler grandchild and my elderly dog not to mention the rest of family. No one wants to help me at all. I have NEVER been treated like this before from any company!! it is not my fault that that these lazy delivery guys that best buy hired  didnt want to work that day-was even told by the driver how it was his day off and he shouldnt be working! then who ever loaded truck in the first place forgot all my parts, well that was another mess, drivers were sure quick to leave and have to reschedule, but the fuss I made created an even bigger problem when they were forced to come back after we went to best buy and repurchased what was needed. they were upset and so with that attitude and the snotty remark about how it would sure be nice to be home instead for here working at night, those two carelessly shoved the stackables across the vinyl linoleum floor just as I was sayign to wait and put something under it, they shoved as hard as they could. Ripped the floor, which I told them they did it , they didnt stop to check and just hurried to get it all done and get out. ended up they ripped five places. Then the driver took out a box from washer and never finished installing the machines, pretended he turned on the gas too, such loosers. So now I have called the store, I get sent over to the CTSI company and get ignored by them, am told someone has to come check my floor, which never happens, excuses made about how they cant help me, then found out I was supposed to go insurance company but this was after another call to store, lack of communication is just wonderful! then sedgewick has me go through 3 different people who dont call or answer emails either. get one gal at CTSI christina garcia who say that I will be refunded in 2-3 weeks, that has come and gone. So tell me Best Buy how am I supposed to get refunded for something that wasnt my fault, created a hazard in my home, took money out of my pocket and has created a very stressful situation????? I loved going to Best Buy in Orange, now I will make sure my money will be spent someplace else. you have lost a great customer maybe Fry's will like my money instead.
