I bought a dishwasher, but when delivered 5/6 it did not fit the space [it was never uncarted] I want to purchase a different machine which will fit, but for that to happen the old order needs to be resolved.
I have been hours on hold or on the phone since thursday, eventually speaking yesterday with a case manager, Noel, who assured me she would resolve this monday when she got in at 7 am pacific time.
Have not heard back and the phone number she gave me is not a real number.
I might use the chat function if it was ever working, but it is not. My only route to not getting answers appears to be call and wait on hold*, and that hasn't worked out.
I'm open to suggestions.
*and now the 'hit #1 and we'll call you back' function is not working either.

I had a dishwasher delivered 6/6. It was turned around and returned the same day as it did not fit the space. I am unable to replace it with another dishwasher because best buy's records show it as still in transit.
Conversations with case managers and client care departmant have failed to move the return to resolution.
