delivery/installation delay

I bought a dishwasher on 6/28/19 and it was supposed to be installed on 7/2/19.  I waited all day and NO CALL or NO SHOW.  I had to call the local Pensacola store twice.  The manager was suppose to call back, but never did.  The california call center and said it would not be installed until the 5th.  I had to wait all over again. This is crazy. No contact to say it would be late is beyond sorry for a company like best buy.  Dont think I would buy again.  All they offered was 50$ for my trouble.  Dont they know people have to change their work/life schedule for this.  Ended up being 2 days of waiting.  Horrible

Purchasing a new dishwasher is very exciting! I’m sorry to hear that your installation experience wasn’t ideal. I appreciate the time you’ve taken out of your day to share with us and for your patience as you had waited for our reply.
