cannot speak with a human

when refrigerator was delivered and old one removed they did tremendous damage to ouside door jam and weatherstripping ( the handles needed to be removed on refrigerator which they didn't do) total door jam and weatherstripping  need to be replaced, and painted  received run around from store manager, finally on my own found their insurer Sedegwick,  they have been notified three times...no reply,  help please
