Worst customer service

Dryer ordered was supposed to be delivered and installed today. They deliver it and the guy tells me that I didn't pay for installation. I show him my receipt he still says no. I call store give a lady in appliances my name and order number and she tells me that another crew coming to install. Well after waiting all day I call store back and get another guy. He states that they made a mistake and he will forward my issue to corporate. Corporate calls and tells me they can come on Thursday is Monday. I have a dryer sitting in the box in front of my fridge until Thursday. That's the best they can do really. So let me take another day off work because of your mistake and Also wait 3 days for you to correct it. Mind you I bought a washer from them 2 wks ago. I'm am really disappointed with there customer service. I will never order another thing from them again. I think corporate could do better then days from now personally but that's ok i will no longer be a customer. I was redoing my kitchen next but the appliances will not come from best buy. Save your self the time and aggravation and shop else where. Anywhere but here.....

Ah no maybe you should look into the situations prior to responding. You guys screwed up. I missed half day of my day job and caked in to my night job. I am a single mom. I installed it myself after your horrible customer service rep couldn't come for almost another week to install. There's a dent in the dryer Because the idiot you sent to deliver it left it in the box didn't check it and dropped it in front of my fridge. So please don't tell me That's exciting nothing about anything your store does is exciting.

I have been contacted by customer service they have corrected the issue and I am thankful for it. It was extremely aggravating but in the end they did fix there mistake.
