Worst customer service ever

I have had a delivery for a month and the person who supposed to deliver the appliances was avoiding wear booties. They keep coming (it's been 5 times so far) and they call us 30 mins before and tell us that they're not coming as they're not wearing booties!!
I kept calling to best buy customer service phone number and no one knows what's going on and no one's fixing it!!
I can believe it!!
I have bought more than $15k appliances from best buy and I'm going to return them all and buy it from other companies with good support. I'm sorry for best buy for their poor service.
