Ordered a dishwasher and was delivered a month and a half later. Upon inspection it was dented so I refused the item. Offered a measly 150 off a 1300 dishwasher. Asked for a replacement to be sent asap. Recieved another email another month and a half wait for a replacement. Called customer service and they stated that that is normal for having to wait for a replacement and if i wanted one quicker maybe i should choose a different model. I states that Lowes can have one to me in two weeks. Response was haha good luck with that. I have been already charged and paying for this item that I still dont have in my posession. Not to mention was a 30 min wait phone call then was sent to the warehouse, in which had no clue asked to be sent back to customer service and my call was hung up on. Another 30 min wait and still the same run around. Thx best buy you have my money I have no product. If these items take so long to get maybe better care in shipping and inspection when they arrive may be in order. No sorry for the inconvienience or compensation.
