Worst Experience

I recently had the worst exerience at Best Buy. I purchased an A/C with delviery as well as installation. I gave the company a two week window as to prepare my apartment for the installation. The nigth before my installation I recieved a call that Geek Squad could no longer install my A/C. When I asked the tech on the phone if my A/C was still going ot be delivered he said no and that I would myself need to go to the store and pick it up. It has been very hot and this was and exttemely frustrating process back and fourth with BB Custmor Service. Would like a refund.
