Worst. Customer. Service. Ever.

Shame on you Best Buy for the worst customer service of this shopping season.

After waiting for 2 weeks for my appliances, and nobody showed up in the scheduled time today morning, I decided to call the customer service. The agent just said there was "a delay" and they would  need to reschedule, but only the next Friday, one week away. When I said it wouldn't work because we're going to be out of town, she unceremoniously offered to cancel my order, which I did. But now, another pain to deal with: I bought a package of appliances from the Black Friday offer, which gave $250 in gift cards. But now that I canceled most of the order (only the refrigerator was delivered before), the gift cards are being charged (which would be fair) and are not returnable (not fair) - I took them as part of the offer and since Best Buy didn't honor their side, I should be able to return them. All I can say is that I'm being royally screwed and ripped off.

Well, let's say that was my last time ever buying something from you. And onward to Amazon...
