Worse Delivery Experience Ever!!!

I would like to report one of the worse delivery and installation service that I’ve ever received.  It was so bad that I’m now thinking of removing Best-Buy from my favorite list of places to shop for electronic and appliances.  I will say up until now my Best buy experiences have been pretty good.  I’ve purchased laptops, microwaves, refrigerator’s and all seemed to have went well. 

I recently purchased a new washer for my mother Order # {removed per forum guidelines} to be delivered on 6/28/2019.    They delivery guys were the most unprofessional and disrespectful guys you would ever want to meet.  They stated the washer was too big to fit through a doorway in the basement so they left it at the bottom of the steps, this was ok with this as it was indeed 1 inch too big to fit and I understand they couldn’t widen the wall. 

However, the old washer which I paid to have them remove, was not taken.  The delivery guys stated it too wouldn’t fit through the doorway and that was absolutely not true.  The doorway in the smallest spot measured 26” the old washer measured 24” which left plenty of room for the guys to remove it.  My mother then called me on the phone and you could hear the delivery person in the background stating “I don’t need to talk with him.” And neither delivery person would get on the phone with me.  How rude, so I ended up paying for the removal of the old washer which is now still sitting in the basement, I feel like my mother has been taken advantage of.  This experience has really tarnished my view of Best Buy and their delivery services.
