Washer Delivery Damage

We recently purchased a dryer from Best Buy but not a new washer because our current washer was working perfectly. Unfortunately, the team that delivered our new dryer for some unknown reason also moved our washer and damaged it. We ran a load of laundry immediately after they left and the washer gave an error code and leaked from the water connection. We requested that they come back and fix the washer. The repair team failed to call or show up for the initial scheduled appointment. They finally came out today and reported that the installers were negligent and completely broke our washer during the dryer install and that somebody would be calling us in 2-4 hours to discuss the next steps. Note that during this second appointment the repair team tipped our washer on a 45 degree angle while it was running now causing our washer to also leak out of the door. Of course, nobody called us. We then went to the store and got the number for the escalation department. We were supposed to receive an email back today and never got one. The store we bought it from is completely unhelpful and said they only deal on the retail side and can’t do anything further or give us an estimate of when this would be resolved. After spending $1,200 with the store on a dryer, pedistal, geek squad and accessories, they suggested that we now use a laundromat. We have two young children and do not have time go to a laundromat or to wait for your third party insurer to run an investigation, particularly since nobody at Best Buy has yet to follow through on anything. We have purchased almost every appliance and electronic in our house from Best Buy and are extremely disappointed in this experience. We have mountains of laundry and no clear path or timeframe for a resolution. Using a laundromat for an indefinite time frame (or at all) is an unacceptable resolution after spending $1,200.

Can somebody please assist me? We have no path forward whatsoever because our phone calls are not being returned by anybody. Our washer that Best Buy’s repair team tipped on a 45 degree angle is now leaking all over my house causing even further damage. I do not understand how your installers could have caused so much damage when all they had to do was plug in our new dryer. They should not have even touched our washer in the first place.
