VEY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

HI,

 

First I'd say for a complete history contact your customer service center and lsitne to the over 3 hours of recorded calls with various individuals.

 

I purchaes 3 appliances:  refric, sotve and microwave (MV).  After a delay in shiiping the 3rd party installer arrives expecting to have the refrig on-site (turns out it was never loaded on the truck).

 

The problem has been with the microwave install.  It doesn't suck steam.  Most of us know that ab overhead MV has various configurations for how it is to be vented.  The installer got it worng.  I should have been clued into his incompetence when he could read the install template correctly and he was amazed that the template had instructiond on both sides of the paper (I KID YOU NOT!)

 

General Manager/Store Manager in Waco, TX (First name Steve) is clueless.  He beleives the MV is working fine because the installer said it was.  It was a nasty conversation. He did not even know that CFM stood for cubic feet per minute and justified by saying he couldn't know everything.  He would not (until I INSISTED) give me his bosses name.  Hmm why would that be?

 

Customer service (JoAnn - should be made CEO) was great.  But because it has to be a 3rd part installer scheduling is delayed for 2 more weeks.

 

All that is needed is for someone to come out and roate the blower of the MV 90 degrees (per Step 3 of the install instructions) to have this fixed.  But ....

 

I would not recommend BEST BUY for major applaince sales and service.  I would fire TODD at the Waco store in a heartbeat.

 

Here is what I want.

 

I wanted it fixed or replaced now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

Best Buy if you are listening call!!!!
