I bought a washer on Monday 630.00 paid in Full with a 135.00 warranty. Delivery was suppose to be on Friday, which I took OFF WORK to wait for and NEVER GOT IT! So the delivery guy calls to let me know he is 5 min away, I told him they are suppose to call 30 min away and I was picking up my son so they would have to wait 10 min, he said OK..then he called me back and said he doesn't even have my washer on the truck! I asked who I needed to speak to and he said Best Buy. I called Best Buy after being put on hold for 7 min and they said they would put a escalation ticket in and someone would call me within an hour..Hour later noone called so I called Best Buy again just to be left on hold another 7 min...so I went to Best Buy, and of course they had no way of contacting the warehouse, although they tried I was left not being able to get a refund or my washer.
