Terrible installation

This is the second dryer machine installed by your Best Buy team ... machine makes a rattling noise .... team squad can’t get someone in until June 13.... purchased bundle on 5/12 and installed on 5/15 dryer machine was defective .. just hit new bundle dryer machine is making rattling noise

Need to get in contact with a distric manager to address this issue.. your customer service is terrible and wait times to speak to an agent are well over an hour

Best Buy has delivered 2 broken dryer machines within a 2 week period... whirlpool is saying this is an installation issue ; trying to get a manager to resolve this is impossible... your team is rude and condescending... having the worse experience ever...
