Television was never delivered 1/28

I paid for a 55 inch Samsung television on 1/25 to be delivered on 1/28 between 1230-230 pm. A email was sent stating that they would deliver tv at 1240. The tv is a gift for my friend in New York. They contacted him and phone call was disconnected. The delivery team never called back. They emailed me delivery complete but No TV was delivered. I called geek squad customer service they said am an email was sent to warehouse high priortity. Followed up wed same thing happened they escalated issue high priority to warehouse. I called Thursday and was told it was signed but they could not tell me who signed paperwork and where tv was left. I called again that night and was told they would escalate issue as high priority to warehouse. Friday I called and asked for supervisor. I spoke to YVETTE {removed per forum guidelines} who told me she would send email to warehouse high priority to look into delivery issue AND she would call me back Saturday with or without answer.l. I have had it with Best Buy’s lack of professionalism, concern and NO customer service skills. I want a new television To be delivered ASAP. I paid for a product that was not delivered and I’m sorry it doesn’t take a week to figure out what happened. It’s terrible.

I contacted someone yesterday who went ahead and set up a redelivery. I actually would just like my money back

If we've already sent a replacement, you'd need to return that under our Return & Exchange Promise for that refund.

 

If you want to send that message in, I can confirm if that replacement was sent or not.

In that case, you'll want to return that back to your local Best Buy once it comes in. That'll be the quickest way to get your refund.

That gift recipient could return it to us in person, or they could ship it back. You can learn how to create a return label in our Return & Exchange Promise

 

A return by mail would delay your refund by a week or two, depending on shipping speeds.
