Sub Par Service - Remote Car Starter

When did Best Buy become so nonchalant about offering mediocre service? I had my remote starter installed yesterday, and realized when I got home that they didn't program the power lift gate on my vehicle, even with a dedicated button on the purchased FOB for the lift gate. When I called today, multiple times as they didn't return my call as promised, the technician claimed that I should have asked for that button to be programmed, and offered absolutely no solution to the problem. I waited five weeks for this prepaid installation, and feel like Best Buy didn't deliver and didn't appreciate my business. Very disappointed, I don't understand how the customer experience has been allowed to deteriorate so badly from where it once was.

No, I have not. It's also not very easy to contact the store. All I would like is for my power lift gate to be programmed correctly.
