We just bought a tv and sound bar. The web site advertised free delivery and a $100 charge for setup. Our invoice included $250 for setup. The Magnolia person we worked with said the extra $150 was to connect the sound bar. Seems like a lot but maybe I don’t understand. Is this reasonable?

It's important to us that you get the most out of your products, so we appreciate that you opted for a Magnolia Agent come out and set up your new TV and soundbar to ensure everything is set up correctly.
That said, I can understand why that price would be surprising if no one explained the cost, or what the service covered beforehand. I'd be happy to take a deeper look into your service appointment, so I can better explain what that service fee covered.
