Sedgwick!!!!!!

Best Buy caused EXTENSIVE water damage installing a washer in my BRAND NEW home (when I say brand new, I mean, I had it built and closed on it on Spet 28 which was the same day that BB caused the damage.  I was given a claim number to this Sedgwick insurance company and I have contacted them  MULTIPLE times.  To this day, I have not received a call back nor has anyone ever answered my calls. I'm beginning to think that this company is a scam that Best Buy is running on its customers.  

 

Can anyone help me talk to one of these yahoos?

I appreciate you taking the time to join and write me about your washer installation situation. Also, I apologize it has taken me so long to get back to you on this. We’ve been unusually busy recently, and it is taking longer than I’d like to get back to everyone.

 

Having the need to work with an insurance company is complex enough without it being complicated by communications issues, and no resolution or communication forthcoming since you reached out. I was quite discouraged to read of your situation and I regret any inconvenience to you. I'd like to help if I can, but will need some more details to begin.

 

I’d like to look into this further for you. Please send me your Sedgwick Claim Number, full name, phone number, Customer Service PIN off your receipt or order number, and e-mail connected to your BestBuy.com account.

After calling about 20 times (literally) and leaving many voice mails, I recieved a call back from Rebecca {removed per forum guidelines} on last Friday.  She seemed very ready to get this issue take care of, but she has not done what she said she would.  She stated that she would contact the builder to get the cost to repair the damage done to my BRAND NEW home.  She didn't do that.  She also stated that she wold get back to me....hasn't done that either. So, in other words, Segwick has gone M.I.A again; which is totallt unfair to me.

 

Just as a side note: I had this home buitl from the ground-up.  The price of the home was upwards of $300,000.  I closed on the home at around 10 am on September 28, 2018 and around 2:00p September 28, 2018, Best Buy caused extensive water damage to my home.  I hope you can fully understand my TOTAL frustration with this insurance company.  Best Buy has done everything that they said that they would do to recitfy the problem on their end, but this insurance company hasn't. 

 

I am furious and I need my home repaired, like yesterday. Totally a horrible experience.
