What a scam. Buy extended warranty on a washing machine, 30 days without a washing machine without a repair, have a Best Buy associate forget to hook up a drain pipe that ruins your downstairs ceiling, and then have their insurance company, Sedgwick, ignore your repeated calls and emails for months. This is after they agreed to pay for the repairs and I sent them and estimate, pictures of the damage, and in progress repair work.
I spend a HUGE amount of money at Best Buy. I qualify for elite plus status every year by a multiple of 3 to 4. I'm really upset about the entire process. Its a sham and Best Buy should disassociate itself with this horrible insurance company. Seriously. Worst customer service experience I've ever had.
