Sedgwick Claims - No Response - HELP!

Hello,  I am hoping someone can help me with my open Sedgwick Claim.  I bought a dishwasher for my wife and the installation dept installed it incorrectly which resulted in complete water damage of all my flooring.  We have been without a liveable home for over 2 months now.  I have called Sedgwick every single day for the past 16 days and no responses.  Not through email, not through phone calls.  My wife is pregnant and has been so stressed out about this situation.  I cannot have her stressing over this as our baby is number one priority.  We are unable to get our nursery set up to prepare for babies arrival.  I am in need of some help and cannot believe Best Buy is okay with this type of customer service.  I have called the 800-620-7409 number several times and left several voicemails but no one calls me back on that number either.  

 

Please if someone can help us settle this claim that would be great.  We have already provided our Sedgwick Adjuster pictures, contractor quotes and he has also sent an internal adjuster over to our home as well.  Since then we have had zero communications.  Thank you and I hope we can take care of this.

I am almost in the exact same boat. I was able to finally get into contact with my Sedgwick claims agent by calling GEEK SQUAD and having them transfer for me. However, upon signing a release form in order for them to release a check, my agent has ceased all contact once again. It is beyond frustrating.

You won't have any lucky reaching anyone at Sedgwick today. They are closed at 4PM CST. Even the Best Buy member who responded to my thread said he would reach out to Sedgwick and get an update on my claim. This was 3 days ago. He still has not gotten back to me. -_-

I am having the same issue.  I had a stereo installed in my 07 Honda Pilot.  Upon going to pick up the Pilot we learned that the environmental control unit didn't have power, though the air was blowing on high and blowing hot air. 

 

We were instructed to take the vehicle to Honda for repair.  Honda replaced the environmental control unit, only to find that the blower motor was shorted out an stuck on Hot.  Sedgewick-- Best Buy's insurance carrier-- has stated that they won't pay for the blower motor.  Ridiculous.  Furthermore, can't raise the Sedgewick Claims Representative, Stacie Smith for anything.  She doesn't answer her direct line, she doesn't respond to messages!

 

Let's review the facts: a/c working great and want new car audio system, a/c working verified by BB techniciain on arrival, BB installs stereo, A/C not working and blowing hot air, BB sends us to Honda to fix, Honda fixes, now SEDGEWICK doesn't want to pay.... Typical insurance company.

 

BB if you value your customers, please respond.  We need to talk about Sedgewick!
