Sedgwick Claim

I have had a sedgwick claim caused by a refrigerator delivery open for the past two years I have had the claim transferred to two individuals. I have not received any help from ‭(855) 832-1338‬. There has no attempt at resolution and no answers back to the numerous voicemails I have left. This is very unexpected from a company affiliated with Best Buy. I would hope for better customer service.

Welcome to our forums, albeit under such unfortunate circumstances.  Having to wait for a Sedgwick claim to be resolved can be frustrating enough, so to hear you’ve not been provided a resolution for over two years is especially disheartening. 

 

I’d like to see what we can do to get this claim resolved with Sedgwick as soon as possible, but there’s just a few pieces of additional information I’ll need from you to do so.  If you could send me a private message with the following information:

 

  • Your first and last name
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address
  • Your Sedgwick claim ID

 

This should be enough information for me to begin my research.  As you can imagine, we’ll want to keep this sensitive information out of the public view of our forums, so be sure to use the blue “Private Message” button in my signature.
