Scheduled Appointment!!!!!!

On Tuesday, 09/03/13, Best Buy Agent Olivia {removed per forum guidelines} confirmed an appointment for Saturday, 09/07/19; for the installation of the Ring Video Doorbell and mounting a TV. 

 

I am a “Best Buy elite member” and subscribe to the total tech support membership.  I called on Friday, 09/07/19 to confirm the timeframe of the appointment scheduled for Saturday, 09/08/18.  I was informed that Agents Garlt entered inconsistent and incorrect information. The team member stated that she could see that Garlt did not follow protocol and stated that she would transfer me to a manager for further assistance. 

 

I was then transferred to multiple Best Buy team members for over 2 hours.  The last three team members that I spoke to are as following:

  • Agent Janee, who hung-up on me and stated in her notes that I disconnected the call!
  • Juan, Team Lead, who showed extremely poor customer service skills!
  • Agent Roseboro who attempted to assist; but, eventually placed me on an extremely long hold. Before placing me on hold she stated that she could not find anyone to assist further with the matter because they were extremely busy.  (Again - I’m a Best Buy elite customer and subscribe to the total tech support!)   She explained that she had exceeded the time allotted to help a customer and told me to tell the next agent to refer to her notes in the “first profile.”    

 

I have currently been holding 3 hours and 15 minutes! (see attached screenshot)

 

After waiting over 3 hours and being transferred to multiple Best Buy associates the matter has not been resolved.  The impact of this poor customer service is a financial burden to the customer and loss of time due, transfers (passing the buck) long holds and the time I arrangement for an appointment that will not occur.

Spamming multiple times isn't going to get you helped any faster and will probably actually result in the posts getting removed. The forums work on a first come, first serve basis and it can be a few days before your post works through the queue. The forum moderators here work directly at corporate so they have a wealth of tools to be able to assist you - but for expedient service you would have to go through your local store or the 1-888-237-8289 customer number.

MY POST is not "Spamming!"  I've been holding over 3 hours and have spend thousands at Best Buy this year alone!

You posted it three times in succession with 2-3 minutes in between. That is spamming.
