SENT TO WRONG ADDRESS!!

I placed an order online, put two items (plus geek squad protections), filled in the information for the items to be sent to my current address and finished checking out. Today I got home and only one of the items was here, I checked online to see the delivery status of the other item and it read as delivered. I looked at the information and it had been signed by someone I don't know, so I checked the address and found out that BEST BUY screwed it up and sent it to another place. I have called costumer service and they said I had to solve the problem, or go and get the package there. I'm in California and the package is in Washington. What should I do?
