Ruined our family thanksgiving

I purchased a kitchen package on oct 31. 2019. Explained I needed the appliances before thanksgiving. Was told of course. No issues with that. So I found out today. None of my appliances will be delivered until mid dec. I paid for them almost a month ago. After multiple phone calls and store trips today. No one could help me. I now have an empty kitchen and no way to have thanksgiving for my family. No one has been able or willing to help me on this matter. So I just returned 4K worth of appliances. I never received. Thank you Best Buy for cancellation of my family thanksgiving. All I want to do is cry over this. And not shop at Best Buy ever again.
