Although the original purchase does normally allow you to schedule an appointment, you're likely going to have to call the store to speak with an employee to schedule your remote starter appointment. Our Geek Squad Autotechs are getting very busy, especially if you're in a colder climate, and we apologize for the wait. If you haven't already, reach out to the store you're looking to have this installed at by calling or stopping by!
Be sure to let the employee know that you have everything you need except an appointment.

yeah, not entirely sure why they're telling you to make the appointment online when all Blue Shirts have access to schedule appointments for car installations. What are the stores closest to you?

The hamburg pavillion I would highly recommend calling ASAP and ask to speak with a Geek Squad Autotech to schedule your appointment. If you're unable to reach anyone at the store to help you with this, there are 2 autotechs currently working right now, then please schedule your appointment by following the link here.
if you can stop in that too would be another way to schedule also. the nicholasville road is booked out much further, but appointments are going very fast at both locations so don't hesitate to call, go online at the link above, or stop by!
