Received dented fridge and over 3 hour customer service hold time

I am extremely disappointed with this matter and would like a return call. We had nothing but great experiences with Best Buy before this. We purchased all new appliances for our kitchen. Our brand new refrigerator was delivered and according to your site we have 48 hours to report the damage. Yet here I am trying to get ahold of someone after waiting 3 hours 19 minutes to speak to an actual person. Best Buy where is your excellent service at.
