I am very upset regarding the order service recently I made on best buy. I have been using best buy for a while now and was not really expecting such a inconvenient on best buy. I ordered a refrigerator on 15th August 2018. Best buy promised to deliver item in a week and that got delayed due to item not being available. The date they gave me for delivery after the first attempt was 9th November 2018 which is really too late. I decided to wait for the item as I was thinking at that point it will be delivered for sure. Right now I am contacting best buy to see what is the situation is and they are saying it's still not available.
I am not sure how long I am supposed to wait for the item. Really frustrated with these issues. I have waited already long enough for this item and not expecting such a service.
I have no clue exactly how long I have to wait.
Need quick attention to this issue. Really disappointed with this.
