Never ever do business with BestBuy. It will be your worst buy! Why is it that when I made a purchase of a TV with Soundbar system optical cable (that was sold to me but not needed), installation by your "professional techs., with TV haul away was told to open a credit card with zero interest and 10% back in rewards but now after the credit card was opened am being told no 10% rewards. Why is it that when I asked the Professional Techs. to use a blanket, dolly and that the TV could be taken apart they didn't do any of those things and caused tremendous damage to my home? Why when they hit my wall and I told them to stop they didn't listen and went on and caused more damage to the home. Why is it that they told me the door wasn't large enough to go through when I pre-measured to ensure it was and also told them they could have used the front door. Why did they tell me they didn't know I had a front door when that was the one they rang the doorbell to gain entrance. Why doesn't Best buy Professionals tell the truth???????????????? Why is it that when I asked that the installation which was not totally completed and haul away charge be removed Regie told me the tech still wasn't finished putting his notes in the system from the date of delivery 5/26/19? Why did Paul {removed per forum guidelines} who said he was the top person I could speak to and when I asked his manager's name he said it wasn't relevant, tell me that if I paid the charge off in 30 days I would get the reward points and when I checked with Best Buy they told me that was incorrect.

Update. Still pursuing the rewards I was promised. More run around and lied to not to mention being transferred to every department including the financial institution, Citibank. The bank told me Best buy could easily do a transaction return to change the payment method. No one will take ownership. Was told the on the 7th by Alyssa Citibank is the one who could opt me out from zero financing to get the rewards. After many hours of calls, yesterday found out fro a Manager named Dale, in Home Theatre not true. He said he was the highest person I could speak to. Long conversation short, he would rather me return everything than give me the rewards. They are coming Wednesday to pick up everything. Poor business decision, BBY! Still, have so much damage the insurance will have to pay for. Worst and stupid Best Buy!
