Re: Sedgwick nightmare. Total Scam.

Same problem here. New dishwasher installed wrong so it leaked water and ruined my hardwood floors. Sent to Sedgwick and so far I’ve called almost daily just trying to get acclaims investigator to tell me where to send pictures and estimates for the repair. Called examiner 30+ times. Called examiners supervisor 10+ times. I never get a person. Always leave a voicemail except when their inbox is full and no longer taking messages. This is a nightmare! Floors are warped and stained. I’ve run around spending my time to get bids and take pictures, but Sedgwick isn’t available.
