I am also having a Sedgewick claims issue.... mine resulting from a mishap during installation which resulting in my TV becoming damaged and inoperable.

Welcome to Best Buy Online Community. I am sorry to learn that you had a mishap with an installation and therefore cause you to file a Sedgwick claim.
