Re: Sedgwick Claim Delays

Best Buy Geek Squad pressure damaged one of my 55” TV screens in two areas during installation. I filed a claim and was informed that I would hear back within 1-2 business days... that time window is long gone and Sedgwick claims is completely non-responsive. I do not have time to chase this down. Please help!
