I have had an isuse with a Dishwasher that was canceled.  The customer service number is a joke and they will lie to you to get you off of the phone.  I will never use Bestbuy for any purchase ever again.

Did you reach out to our appliance line at (800) 304-1259? That is the best place to get assistance with appliance orders. I'd recommend you give them a call to see if they can assist.

I have called them and was told that they would send me a gift card for the issues that I had. After two weeks and no gift card I called back. The supervisor told me that they do not give gift cards and that I was lying to him.
