Hi, the shipping has been significantly delayed for weeks and months now.

Everything was finally all set for last Friday's delivery and I confirmed with your representative that we would need to receive the delivery between 2-4PM as our building won't allow delivery anytime after that. Then, the shipping company came around 11AM when no one was home and said they can't complete the delivery because of missing COI.

They asked to re-complete the shipping form. I completed and sent the COI directly to the shipper, FGO logistics and haven't got any updates since then. I need to have it delivered this FRIDAY 8/30. No further delay is acceptable as we are going to be away from home for a while. Please confirm for delivery tomorrow asap.

I understand that you are still having some trouble getting your order delivered. I can see that the last time we spoke, my colleague Kayla had mentioned that we were unable to guarantee a shorter delivery window, other than the six hour delivery window that was selected by our customers. 

 

I know that you were needing this delivery to take place yesterday, August 30, 2019, and I do apologize that our response came later than usual. Have you received any updates, or were you able to get any assistance with your concerns yet?
