Best Buy was suppose to deliver our treadmill yesterday (Saturday 3/21) between 1 and 3 PM. Never heard anything from them about not delivering and never got communication to reschedule the delivery. I checked our order status this morning and it said to reschedule, but the soonest they can is Wednesday (3/25). I wish they would communicate with their customers!!! The customer service is no help, the waiting time is ridiculous and they don't provide any support. I understand they can't come in and install, which is fine. But when you say you're going to deliver something, communicate with your customers who are spending $2500 on something and expecting it on a particular day!! See if I ever buy anything from them of a similar cost again. This is completely unsatisfactory and I don't know why we never ever got any call/text/email yesterday saying our delivery would be delayed. Common courtesy people, I wouldn't be so annoyed if they would have just freaking notified us.
