Back in July of 2017 my mom and I went into a best buy store and purchased a radio and the hardware for them to install it. Originally the gentlemen who sold us the radio sold us the wrong radio bracket for the 2008 Daytona charger. So when they went to install it was incorrect we then had to buy the right one, which was more expensive. The real problem is that they installed the radio incorrectly. It does not fit properly and there is a huge gap where the dash meets the radio. My mom and I are not sure of the warranty ( I know she did buy an extended warranty for the radioi) of the install and I cant find anywhere to ask.

Welcome to the Best Buy Community forums. Thanks for getting in touch with us about this. I’m sorry if that radio doesn’t line up quite right.
The good news is that all of our car audio services come with a lifetime warranty of work. You should have been given a yellow sheet of paper to hold on to as proof of the install. if you've lost it, we may be able to look it up for you in a store. We should be able to check the vehicle out for you at no cost. The only thing you may need to pay for is materials needed, if any are needed to get the radio properly installed.
Please head over here or call your local Best Buy to schedule a time to come in and have your car looked at.
If you have any questions, please let me know.
