Ordering a new TV during the holidays should be exciting, and we strive to ensure it is a smooth experience. I understand things don't go as anyone hoped though as you had several failed deliveries, leaving you with the desire to simply cancel the order for a refund. This should typically be a simple request, but would have to be updated from its in transit status to do so.
