We have purchased a TV in store on May 27 and was told it would be delivered yesterday, which is 10 days later. But nothing happened yesterday: no phone call, no message or email. When I called today, I was told somehow the TV wasn't delivered to store and the next delivery date is a week later. I was really shocked. I understand that the TV could be delayed but no communication at all is not something I would related with Best Buy. I guess you always expect customers to call you. How do you do business with such kind of customer service! Really disappointed!
