Past the estimated time

So I bought some expensive headsets and paid extra money so I could have them delivered the next day. But on my order status it only says "shipped" and when I track my order it say "arriving august 27" which is today. and it also says "by 9pm" I've been waiting for my headsets to arrive for quite a bit now. It's 10:25pm right now and still nothing. I am very dissapointed and I want the extra money that I payed for the delivery back.

I understand how frustrating it could be to see that item may not be arriving as expected and you splurged for upgraded shipping. According to our Shipping Costs and Timing help guide, select items may need additional days to process. It’s also possible that an issue might’ve pop-up with your order between us or our shipping partner for it to arrive by the expected get-it-by date confirmed via email. Can you please send us a private message with your full name, phone number, email address and your order number? A private message can be sent our way by choosing the blue “Private Message” button next to my signature at the bottom. We’d love to see what further light we can shed on this matter for you!
