Part Missing for Range

I received my stove month ago and when it was delivered, the installers informed me that two left side grills were sent and that I just simply needed to call Best Buy delivery to have them ship the right side. I have called about it several times and each time all I got was apologies but never have received the grill to this day. It is very frustrating because I cannot cook on the right side. Every time I call back to check on the status, they say nothing has been ordered and I keep giving the model and serial number. I’m thinking it’s because they must think I’m an idiot because the supervisor I spoke to last said the grill might have been reversible. The installers themselves tried installing it and I did also myself abs it does not fit because it is for the left side. I really do not understand why I cannot just get this part. It’s even more frustrating because every time I have called they say it will be ordered and sent to me. The supervisor I spoke to said I should finally receive it in about 7 days and that was last Monday. I don’t remember if it was 7 business days but to me it is beside the point that it feels like I’m being lied to to get off the phone and no one will simply order and send me the part. I don’t know what to do at this point because the delivery department has really dropped the ball. I do not ever want to shop at Best Buy again because of this unresolved issue. I really do not understand.
