I'm so frustrated. I ordered over $3,000 of appliances on my order here. I was called and emailed that I would be receiving my cooktop, microwave, refrigerator AND microwave. I gave away my old dishwasher on 10/25. I have the delivery guys show up on 10/26(scheduled time on 7-1, estimated 9-11....they show up at 1:15). No dishwasher.
I call Monday to reschedule. It gets set up for 11/2 7-1. I get a call on 11/1 stating the delivery had to be cancelled because they don't have it. I call customer service to reschedule and she offers me a date, but says it's not n the warehouse. I ask her, "is there a point to me scheduling an appointment when you don't know when it will be there?" She said no.
So, here I am. A month after ordering. 2 scheduled deliveries have come and gone. No dishwasher. $3,000 spent on this order with years of buying TVs, cell phones, stereos, iPads, music, laptops, speakers from Best Buy, spending thousands of dollars at other times. I can't believe this is happening.

I'm so sorry to hear about this! I know I hate washing dishes by hand, and I'm so sorry for any inconvenience this has caused. It is not ideal to have to go any length of time without a dishwasher, let alone your brand new appliances.
